ob Responsibilities:
- To develop HR strategy and manage general HR functions
- Planning, recruitment, training, career development, compensation & benefit, Performance management and labor relations
- To set up appropriate HR policies and procedures within Jinan Headoffice
- Manpower planning and Succession Plans
- Undertaking national HR project assigned by China HR function
- Developing and maintain good relationship with local labor bureau
- In charge of daily office administration
