Responsibilities: 1. Identify and prioritize new business prospects in assigned geographic territory. 2. Set annual sales targets and complete assigned annual sales budget. 3. Develop Business Development plans with timetables for targeted and assigned prospects. 4. Provide timely and informative status reports on all prospects and competitive developments. 5. Work closely with Marketing Department to ensure timely and successful transition of new accounts and prospects and movements of our major competitors.
Requirements: 1. At least 5 years Business to Business sales experience, with tracking record of successful sales campaign. Project management skill. Experience dealing with large case preferable. 2. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; 3. The ability to locate, gather, process, analyze, and synthesize information; 4. Must be task and team oriented and willing to meet deadlines; 5. Responsible for development of local market through close team work; 6. To be accountable for overall sales and marketing activities. 7. Aggressive high level initiative and independence; enjoy problem solving, have a keen desire to be rewarded for results and a strong sense of urgency and intensely dislike losing 8. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and good English 9. Sales experience in healthcare segment or network in hospitals will be a plus
