职位描述： Report to Sales Manager China;
Generate enthusiasm, excitement and commitment to the vision, business and targets.
Build capability of the sales team at delegate levels.
Contribute to the overall management and leadership of the company.
Assist the sales team manager to achieving the sales targets;
Develop complete annual sales strategies that ensure the reach of revenue target and maximizing the market share
Expand and maintain the relationship with key accounts
Take charge of the sales projections and budgeting plan
Accurately instruct and supervise the sales team to follow conference brand management rules and regulations
Actively involve with sales supporting programs to provide the most valuable feedback and comments from sales point of view to increase the effectiveness of the programs
Actively open inter-department communications
