职位描述： Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Plastic housing, bracket parts design and sheet metal parts design for hearing instruments.
2. Planning and doing design of experiments to verify design performance for product, process or material specifications.
3. Make prototyping, and support production line start-up.
4. Handle all mechanical related tasks when it comes to product sustaining work.
5. Provide and share expertise and specialist knowledge of best practice in dedicated area.
6. Liaison with HQ technical Dept. and execute project plan to ensure that all deliverables are met timely and qualified.
7. Acquire Biocompatibility reports for all new components - Organize, coordinate related people to achieve all project deliverables.
8. To continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
9. The other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, major in Mechanics.
2. Technical background including tooling, plastic, metal contactor material, and snap-fits design, etc.
3. Skillful in Pro-E, ProIntralink and PDM tool, understanding ProMechanical would be great.
4. Knowing in electromechanical prototype building, mechanical component sourcing and testing.
5. Understanding new product introduction process and product development life cycle.
6. Knowing microphone, receiver, transducer or other electronic acoustics components would be great.
7. Over 3 years experience in design electromechanical, or electronics products, including material selection, component and mold design, etc.
8. Good mindset and experience in DFMA&T (Design for manufacturing, assembly and test). Knowing six-sigma and lean manufacturing would be plus.
9. Project experience will be preferential.
10. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
11. Have very strong interpersonal and communication skill.
12. Take strong initiative to take up high working pressure.
13. Be a good team player.

2，玩具，塑料，五金连接器等相关设计经验
3，熟练掌握PRO-E,ProIntralink和PDM工具
4，熟悉电子元器件的原型设计，机械结构等元器件的采购和测试
5，熟悉新产品开发设计过程和产品开发周期
6，最好知道麦克风，接收器，传感器以及其他电子自动化元件
7，3年以上电子机械设计经验，包括原料选择，元器件以及原型设计
8，有生产管理的良好意识，最好有接触过六西格码
9，最好有项目经验
10，优秀中英文口语以及书写能力
11，有很强沟通协调能力
12，有很强的抗压能力
13，良好的团队协作精神
